Impacting sculpture was created with the purpose of generating empathy for people that stand against bullfighting or any other animal abuse activity. By changing the context and making a woman’s body replace the bull, I would expect people to put themselves in the shoes of the animal when being humiliated, hurt, and killed in bullfights. The sculpture was supposed to be made with the Laser Cutter, but due to Covid-19, I got to use recycled cardboard and cut the pieces while guiding myself with the digital I drew in illustrator.
